Box Office Staff are available by phone or email Tuesday through Friday 12pm to 4pm. The Box Office can be reached at 914.698.0098, or by email at boxoffice@emelin.org.
Box Office Staff is available for in-person assistance at the Box Office on Fridays from 12pm – 4pm, and two hours before each ticketed event for in-person transactions. Handling fees still apply.
All event updates will be communicated through email as well as posted on emelin.org and our social media channels.

Tickets and Handling:
18% per ticket for phone, internet, and in-person sales for non-Family events. $5 Handling fee for all Family Series performances
Subscription series handling may vary.
Members enjoy pre-sale discount prices.
Ticket buyers will receive print at home tickets via email after purchase. Patrons requiring will-call/pick up at the Box Office should contact the Box Office directly prior to the performance.
The Emelin Theatre will no longer mail tickets directly to patrons.
Important Information:
Student Tickets: Discounted tickets may be available with a valid student ID. Contact the Box Office ahead of your purchase to confirm.
Group rates: Groups of 10 or more receive a 10% discount. Please call the box office to make arrangements for your group. For groups larger than 12, please call the box office directly at 914.698.0098.
Tickets as contributions: If you are unable to use your tickets we do not offer refunds or exchanges but you may donate your ticket up to 2 hours prior to the performance for a tax-deductible contribution receipt.
Food and Beverages: Concessions, including beer and wine, are available at performances. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Cancellations: Artists/dates/performances are subject to change, no refunds or exchanges. In the event that a performance is canceled, we will announce by email and web, and ticket holders will receive a phone call follow-up.
Late Seating: Late seating is conducted at the discretion of the house manager and seats are not guaranteed for latecomers.
