Don’t get scammed! Any tickets to an Emelin Theatre event that are not sold directly from www.emelin.org are invalid tickets. We do not sell tickets on any other ticketing site.
Reselling, brokering, or profiting off the sale of tickets to Emelin Theatre events is strictly prohibited. Any tickets thought to be or confirmed to be resold or brokered will be voided and/or invalidated at the sole discretion of the Box Office.
Any tickets found to be altered, edited, or otherwise tampered with will be invalidated at the sole discretion of the Box Office.

Tickets are non-exchangeable. In the case of an emergency, tickets may be donated as a tax-deductible contribution to the Emelin Theatre.
Member Benefit: Members receive complimentary ticket exchanges, which must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled performance. Exchanges cannot be processed during an active performance or after the event has taken place.
Refunds are issued only if a performance is canceled or rescheduled to a date the ticket holder cannot attend, or for Steward Members.

Ticket fees are applied to all performance and may vary depending on price of the individual ticket.

Accessible Seating

The Emelin has five wheelchair-accessible ADA seats and five companion seats available for all shows, located at the front of the auditorium. All seats beyond the first four rows are accessed via stairs only—we do not have an elevator or a ramp to seats further from the stage.
We are committed to proactively ensuring that the needs of audience members who use wheelchairs are anticipated and met. When purchasing ADA seats online, you may add your request for wheelchair access in the comment section.

Late Seating

Please arrive on time for your performance. Box Office Will Call and theater access closes 30 minutes after the scheduled start of the show, at the discretion of Emelin staff. Late seating beyond 30 minutes cannot be guaranteed.

Leaving Single Seats

When purchasing tickets online, please do your best to select seats adjacent to already purchased seats. The Emelin Theatre reserves the right to reassign seats to accommodate as many patrons as possible, especially for popular performances.

All patrons over six months of age are required to have tickets to the performance.

When applying a discount code to your purchase, look for the “Promotional Code” box to enter your code before completing the purchase. Promo and discount codes cannot be applied after a purchase is completed.
