The Emelin does not require masks for entry. We encourage audience members to wear a high-quality mask when in the theatre for their own protection and the protection of artists, staff and other audience members, except when consuming food or beverages.  The Emelin’s health and safety protocols are subject to change in its sole discretion. The Emelin intends to meet or exceed CDC and other governmental recommendations and mandates and specific artist requirements.

All ticket sales are final.  In purchasing a ticket, you understand that the Emelin’s health and safety protocols are subject to change and that you and any holders of tickets you purchase agree to abide by all health and safety protocols in effect at the Emelin at the time of the event. Please bookmark this page and be sure to check the current health and safety protocols in effect on the date of the performance you are attending, which may include important changes.

For the health and safety of our audience, artists and staff, please do not attend a performance if you have recently been exposed to Covid, or in the last 10 days have tested positive for or have experienced Covid symptoms. 

By entering an event or program at the Emelin Theatre, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur.

Your entry and presence constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the Emelin Theatre and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news, and advertising.

By entering the premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.

You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the premises.
