The Emelin Theatre Box Office staff can answer questions you may have about upcoming performances or the theatre. We can help you reserve seats, discover new music and unique performances, and register you as a Member or for Camps and special programs.

Tickets can be purchased in person at the Box Office Wed, Thur, Fri from 1pm-6pm through the last Friday in September.

Beginning Wed, Oct 4, The Box Office will be open Wed-Sat from 1pm-6pm, and 2 hours prior to any performance.

Tickets and Handling:

$2.00 per ticket for phone and internet sales.

$5.00 per subscription series.

Handling fees are waived for all sales made in person at the box office.

Members and series subscribers enjoy lower or waived handling fees.

Ticket buyers have the option to receive e-tickets, print at home tickets, or have tickets held at the box office at no extra charge.

Tickets shipped via US Mail are subject to an additional $2.00 per order fee.

Important Information:

Children and Infants: All ages are welcome. All audience members, including infants and toddlers, must have a ticket. Age recommendations are posted for all Family programming. It is best to sit near an aisle or an exit if you are not sure how your child will react to a performance. If your child is disruptive for a continued period you may be asked to exit until the child is ready to come back.

Student Tickets: $15 tickets are available for most performances with a valid student ID.

Group rates: Groups of 20 or more receive a 10% discount. Groups of 50 or more receive a 15% discount. Please call the box office to make arrangements for your group. Discounts are also applied online.

Tickets as contributions: If you are unable to use your tickets we do not offer refunds or exchanges but you may donate your ticket up to 2 hours prior to the performance for a tax-deductible contribution receipt.

Food and Beverages: The Emelin sells light snacks and beverages including beer and wine.

Cancellations: Artists/dates/performances are subject to change, no refunds or exchanges. In the event that a performance is cancelled, we will make that announcement by email and web with a phone call follow up.

Late Seating: Late seating is conducted at the discretion of the house manager and seats are not guaranteed for late comers.
