Here's how Film Club works:
Titles of the films are not provided prior to screening, adding to the fun.
Film Club Curator Sarah Lash will conduct pre-recorded exclusive interviews with special guests which will be screened in the theatre, as well as streamed on EVENTIVE, after each film.
All members will receive a streaming pass to login/access the films on Eventive.
- Members can choose between attending the screening in-person or streaming virtually
- Streamed films have a typical watch window of 48 hours, and can be viewed on a variety of devices and platforms including Roku, Firestick and AppleTV.
We are committed to helping every member have the best experience possible and will be on-call prior to each film to answer member questions.
Can I choose streaming or in-theatre?
If you plan to attend most/all screenings in person, select the Reserved Seating option and select your seat(s) for all six films. Print-at-home tickets will be sent to you.
If you cannot make one/some of the films, you retain your’ streaming option.
One membership entitles you to a single seat to all films, as well as streaming access on the EVENTIVE platform. A link to access the films virtually will be sent to you ahead of the first film.
A bonus 6th film will be screened in-theatre only on November 30.
Members can purchase extra in-theatre tickets for guests at $20 each, plus handling fee.
Is there reserved seating for in-theatre films?
Fall 2022 Film Club is reserved seating.
Members can select their seats for the Series. If you wish to attend some, but not all films, contact our boxoffice at boxoffice@emelin.org to select reserved or general admission tickets.
2019 Film Club Members: Your seats have not been held. Please us the pre-sale access period to select your previous seats as availbility allows.

Sarah Lash is the Senior Director, Acquisitions at Condé Nast Entertainment (CNE), where she is responsible for acquiring premium content for the company’s network of digital channels, including Glamour, GQ, The New Yorker, Vanity Fair and WIRED. Lash started at CNE in 2014 as a consultant, helping to shepherd the acquisition of dozens of short films and series for digital distribution.
