Event Description

Acclaimed for his engaging and deeply committed performances, the pianist Christopher O’Riley is known to millions as the host of NPR’s “From the Top.” Now in his seventeenth year on-air with From the Top, O’Riley introduces the next generation of classical-music stars to almost a million listeners each week, broadcast by 250 stations across the United States. As an acclaimed soloist and recitalist, his repertoire spans a kaleidoscopic array of music from the pre-baroque to present-day.

In this unique program that will be announced from the stage, Christopher will perform wide-ranging repertoire from classical sonatas to his own arrangements of songs by bands such as Radiohead and the Smiths.
